4-Week Pottery Course (8/14-9/4)

4 Week Course starting 8/14 630 to 830, meets each Wednesday until 9/4.

Come join us for a clay pottery wheel workshop! Our 4 week course is designed for those hoping to sharpen skills on the wheel. This class is perfect for any beginner on the wheel. We will show you the basics of wheel throwing & trimming your pieces. You can choose what you make & keep. Each participant will have 12 pounds of clay to throw over the course, additional clay can be purchased from us if needed. After the 4 weeks, you will be able to drop in on open studio days to paint what you made.  These pieces will be available to paint approximately 14 days after the last workshop. All fired pottery will be kept maximum of 30 days after its first firing. You can return to glaze it at any open studio time Friday thru Sunday. Glazed pieces are ready 7 days after painting.

This wheel class is for ages 12 and up only. Please wear clothing you can make a mess in. This class holds 8 only- register early! Due to the small class size, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive credit, no credit will be given with less than 48 hrs notice.  There will be no make-up dates for the 4 week course. BYOB for 21+. All classes are final sales- no refunds will be given. We do not allow observers during workshops.

Photos & videos may be taken during the workshop and used on our social medias/website. If you do not want your photo taken, please let us know at the beginning of the class.

This class takes place in our pottery space, inner corridor, suite #307

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to get situated. The class will start promptly at 630pm.
